Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://electricalcontractorspearfish.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Canyon Electric reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Residential Electrical Services, Commercial Electrical Services, New Construction Wiring, Emergency Electrical Repair, Electrical Panel Upgrade, Home Rewiring, Electrical Inspection provided by Canyon Electric. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Canyon Electric and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Canyon Electric does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Damages. Canyon Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Canyon Electric from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under SD law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in SD for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
